I booked Magic Monster Removals via Muval. From start to finish they provided a great service. They helped me promptly when I needed to add a second pick up location. They addressed my concerns about the truck size needed. On moving day my move was from 2 houses in a town in rural SA to 1 house in Adelaide. The removalists arrived and finished on time. They were careful with my possessions and efficient in moving and packing the items. Overall I was extremely happy with the service provided.

Magic Monster Removals ended up being the most successful and amazing part of our move. Amazing communication from the start and so accommodating when I called after realising I needed to change the time.

Moving is stressful, even more so when it’s just you. All of my friends had removalist horror stories and I didn’t know where to start with booking one. I honestly booked Magic Monster Removals because of the reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Juan and Jamie arrived at 7am on a Saturday, they had my 2 bedroom house packed up in the truck in 45 minutes but did it the most careful and diligent way. I moved into an apartment building and they helped me put up the protective elevator blankets and followed the rules of moving in with no qualms. Nothing was damaged, they did an amazing job and I would recommend them to anyone. Such a great price and they were so lovely.

Today I had several large items moved from west lakes to Pt Adelaide. David and Daniel went out of their way to do an awesome job. Not only were they professional and treated my furniture with care ( 3 flights of stairs), they did it with a smile of their face (on a very hot day). Jaime & pal turned up at 7 as agreed. Moved some things from the front of the house. Moved next to the garage. All loaded.
An hour later they unloaded the truck.
Amazing work guys. That is the best moving experience I’ve had.
Magic Monster was recommended to me by a friend who experienced the same great experience.

The staff at magic monster removals were wonderful. Contacted me about my move with any questions. Booked it for a particular day and time, and the job was done. Great work from Magic Monster Removals! The job was on a 3-bedroom townhouse and there was a slightly narrow staircase, so you can imagine it was a challenging job to keep everything intact and not inflicting any damage to the items and the house. But they did it! For our queen-sized bed base, they sophisticatedly used the balcony to lift it down; for our piano and other delicate items, they used to blanket to cover it for protection and moved it carefully. Despite the hassles they encountered, they only take 5.5 hours for the entire job (moving out and in) - quite an efficiency! And no a single scratch on the houses and the items. Thanks Diego and David for your teamwork! And your considerate act on putting blanket on the new house entrance to keep it clean!

Jaime and the team provided excellent service. Made light work of the bulk items from a three story townhouse. Also helped by removing and reattaching the front door to fit items through. Magic Monster removal service is very easy to work with! They were professional and only too happy to help disassemble furniture, remove the dryer from the wall, they had all the tools required! They then set it up for me! They were very polite and kind asking me along the way what I would like and how I would like my furniture protected after I told them about a piece of furniture that had been in the family for decades!
